simplyhands is founded by Jo Jowett, a Holistic Massage Therapist based at her home in Ashington West Sussex, a village located 10 miles between Horsham and Worthing.  Jo trained at the renowned Wilbury School of Natural Therapy in Brighton where she completed an internationally recognised ITEC Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Holistic Massage.  Jo has since qualified in Pregnancy Massage after further training with the School of Natural Therapies in Kingston.  She has also attended courses for Advanced Back Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone Massage and Seated Massage, a very versatile treatment which can be used within the workplace.

Jo continually attends courses, workshops and lectures to broaden her skills and knowledge to offer her clients the best possible service.

Jo is a registered and insured professional Member of the Complementary Therapists Association (www.embodyforyou.com).

In the past it has been thought a massage was just a luxury or pamper treatment.  However, as people become more aware of the holistic approach, more and more people are having massage for the many therapeutic benefits it can offer and consider massage essential for their wellness.
